Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)
All of our custom keepsakes are made with love to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order is ready for shipment, delivery, or pickup. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Fulfillment Options & Rates
At checkout, you will have the option to choose between Shipping, Local Delivery, or Local Pickup. All rates are in CAD.
1. Shipping
We ship our packages via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) and Purolator Express.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your exact location.
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders above our free shipping threshold (applied automatically at checkout if applicable).
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier at checkout.
2. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for our customers in the Winnipeg area.

Local Delivery Fee: base: R2V 3C3, Winnipeg
- 0–5 km → Free
- 5–15 km → $5.00
- 0–5 km → Free
3. Local Pickup
Local pickup is completely free. We offer two pickup locations with different time frames for your convenience. You can select your preferred location and pickup time during checkout. Our primary pickup address is:
- 15 Payne St, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2V 3C3
Tracking
If your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched by Canada Post or Purolator.
Address Accuracy & PO Boxes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- check around your delivery area and with neighbors,
- contact your local carrier office, and
- email us so we can assist.
While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, we will always do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@minisbyjam.com with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the damage (both the item and the packaging).
We will review the issue and quickly arrange a replacement to make things right.
