Personalized Items (Custom Keepsakes)

All of our keepsakes — including photo magnets, keychains, pens, and pocket mirrors — are custom-made using the image(s) or details you provide. Because these items are highly personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not available for custom orders unless there is a verified issue with the product.

Remakes for Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day remake window. This means you have 14 days from the delivery or pickup date to request a remake if:

  • your item arrives damaged,
  • your item is defective, or
  • you received the wrong item.

To request a remake, please email us at info@minisbyjam.com with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos showing the issue (and the packaging, if applicable).

If approved, we'll send you a new order confirmation and your replacement will go into production right away.

No return shipping required: In most cases, you do not need to send the damaged or incorrect item back to us. (We may request a return in rare cases for a quality review).

Cancellations & Changes

Because custom orders enter our production queue quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits once processing begins. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@minisbyjam.com, and we will do our absolute best to help.

Refund Timing (If a Refund Is Approved)

If a refund is exceptionally approved (for example, if a remake is not possible), it will be issued back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
